| შედარებითი სამართლის ქართულ-გერმანული ჟურნალი არის ყოველთვიური საერთაშორისო რეფერირებადი გამოცემა. ISSN 2587-5191 (ბეჭდვითი) ISSN 2667-9817 (ელექტრონული) A. სტატიის წარდგენა და რეფერირება სტატიის გამოსაქვეყნებლად წარდგენა ხდება ერთ-ერთ მთავარ რედაქტორთან მეილზე გაგზავნით: giorgi.rusiashvili@tsu.ge, lado.sirdadze@btu.edu.ge. მთავარი რედაქტორი უგზავნის წარდგენილ სტატიას ცალ-ცალკე ორ გამომცემელს. გამომცემლები კითხულობენ სტატიას და ცალ-ცალკე იღებენ გადაწყვეტილებას გამოქვეყნების შესახებ შემდეგი კრიტერიუმების მიხედვით: სტატია აკადემიურად გამართულია; ეფუძნება ავტორიტეტულ წყაროებს; სტატიას აქვს ღირებულება შედარებითი სამართლის განვითარებისთვის; სტატია არის ავტორის ორიგინალური ნაშრომი და არ შეიცავს პლაგიარიზმს. გამომცემლებმა შეიძლება მიიღონ სამი ტიპის გადაწყვეტილება: სტატია აკმაყოფილებს კრიტერიუმებს სტატია ნაწილობრივ აკმაყოფილებ კრიტერიუმებს და საჭიროებს მცირე ცვლილებებს სტატია ვერ აკმაყოფილებს კრიტერიუმებს გამომცემლები საკუთარ შეფასებას აცნობენ მთავარ რედაქტორებს. კრიტერიუმების ნაწილობრივ დაკმაყოფილების შემთხვევაში გამომცემლები აკეთებენ მითითებას, თუ რა სახის ცვლილებებია საჭირო. მთავარი რედაქტორები აცნობენ ავტორს გამომცემელთა გადაწყვეტილების შესახებ და საჭიროებისას უთითებენ ცვლილებების საჭიროებაზე. კრიტერიუმების საბოლოოდ დაკმაყოფილების შემთხვევაში სტატია ეგზავნება სამუშაო ჯგუფის წევრს ან ერთ-ერთ გამომცემელს, რომელიც ამოწმებს სტატიაში გამოყენებულ სამართლებრივ ენას, სამართლებრივი ტერმინოლოგიის სიზუსტესა და ტექსტის აზრობრივ გამართულობას. საჭიროების შემთხვევაში სტატია უბრუნდება ავტორს მცირედი ცვლილებებისთვის. საბოლოოდ ტექსტი ეგზავნება სპეციალისტს დამატებით ენობრივად გასასწორებლად. საბოლოოდ გასწორებული სტატია ეგზავნება სხვა სტატიებთან ერთად იგზავნება გამოსაქვეყნებლად. B. მითითებები შედარებითი სამართის ქართულ-გერმანულ ჟურნალში გამოსაქვეყნებლად წარმოდგენილი სტატია უნდა შეესაბამებოდეს შემდეგ ფორმალურ მოთხოვნებს: I. ზოგადი მითითებები 1. სტატია წარმოდგენილი უნდა იყოს docx ფორმატში 2. მითითებული უნდა იყოს ავტორი და პოზიცია 3. სტატიას უნდა ჰქონდეს აბსტრაქტი და საკვანძო სიტყვები II. სტატიის დაყოფა თავებად 1. სტატია უნდა დაიყოს თავებად და ქვეთავებად 2. თავებისა და ქვეთავების ნუმერაცია უნდა მოხდეს შემდეგი პრინციპით: I. 1. 1.1. ა) აა) III. ტექსტის ფორმატირება 1. გამოსაყენებელი შრიფტი – Sylfaen, 12, Justified 2. დასაშვებია დახრილი შრიფტის გამოყენება 3. სათაურები (თავებისა და ქვესათაურების ჩათვლით) უნდა გამუქდეს 4. გამუქება და ხაზგასმა ტექსტში რეკომენდებული არ არის და დასაშვებია მხოლოდ გამონაკლის შემთხვევებში 5. შემოკლებები უნდა იყოს განმარტებული პირველადი გამოყენებისას IV. ციტირება უნდა მოხდეს შემდეგი მაგალითების შესაბამისად 1. სასამართლოს გადაწყვეტილება 1.1. ქართული სასამართლოს გადაწყვეტილება სასამართლოს დასახელება შემოკლებით გადაწყვეტილების ნომერი, თარიღი სუსგ № ას-1426-1346-2017, 2018 წლის 2 მარტი 1.2. უცხო ქვეყნის სასამართლოს გადაწყვეტილება გადაწყვეტილების სახელი (არსებობის შემთხვევაში), სასამართლოს დასახელება თარიღი, გამოქვეყნების ადგილი (არსებობის შემთხვევაში) BGH v. 24.10.1988, BGHZ 105, 338. 2. მონოგრაფიები ავტორის გვარი, წიგნის სათაური, გამოქვეყნების ადგილი და წელი, გვერდის ნომერი. მაგალითი: რუსიაშვილი, უსაფუძვლო გამდიდრების სამართალი, შესრულების კონდიქცია, თბილისი 2017, 16. German-Georgian Journal of Comparative Law is a peer-reviewed monthly periodical. ISSN 2587-5191 (Printed Version) ISSN 2667-9817 (online) A. Submission and Peer Review Article can be submitted for publication by sending an email to one of the editors-in-chief: giorgi.rusiashvili@tsu.ge, lado.sirdadze@btu.edu.ge. The editor-in-chief sends the submitted article separately to two editors. Editors read the article and individually decide whether to publish it considering the following criteria: The article is academically coherent; authoritative sources have been cited; The article is a value work for the development of comparative law; The article is the original work of the author and does not contain plagiarism. Publishers can make three types of decisions: The article meets the criteria The article partially meets the criteria and requires minor changes The article does not meet the criteria Publishers individually report their assessment to editors-in-chief. If the criteria are partially met, the publishers indicate what kind of changes are needed. The editors-in-chief inform the author about the decision of the publishers and, if necessary, indicate the need for changes. If the criteria are finally met, the article is sent to an associate editor or one of the editors, who checks the legal language used in the article, the accuracy of the legal terminology and the coherence of the text. If necessary, the article is returned to the author for minor changes. Finally, the text is sent to a specialist for linguistic proofreading. Finally, the revised article is submitted along with other articles for publication. B. Guidelines An article submitted for publication in German-Georgian Journal of Comparative Law must comply with the following formal requirements: I. General Guidelines 1. The article must be submitted in docx format 2. Author and position should be specified 3. Article must be prefaced by an abstract and key words. II. Dividing the article into chapters 1. The article should be divided into chapters and subchapters 2. Chapters and subchapters should be numbered according to the following principle: I. 1. 1.1. a) aa) III. Text formatting 1. Font to be used – Sylfaen, 12, Justified 2. The use of italics is allowed 3. Titles (including chapters and subchapters) must be in bold 3. Bold and Underline in text are not recommended and are allowed only in exceptional cases 4. Abbreviations should be explained on initial use IV. Citations should be made in accordance with the following examples: 1. Court decisions 1.1. For Georgian judgments Name of the Court Judgment number, date. Example: Supreme Court of Georgia № AS-1426-1346-2017, 02.03.2018. 1.2. For foreign judgments Judgment Name (if applicable), Name of the court date, place published (if applicable) Example: BGH v. 24.10.1988, BGHZ 105, 338. 2. Books Author’s last name, Book Title, place and year, page number. Examples: Rusiashvili, Law of Unjust Enrichment, Tbilisi 2017, 16. Mankowski, Rechtskultur, Tübingen 2016, 283. 3. Commentary Author’s last name, Title of Commentary, Last names of editors (eds.), year of edition, Section, field number.
